Detailed review of my safe purchase

I ordered a Phoenix fire safe a couple of weeks ago. The ordering process on their website was quite clear, with good product descriptions and specifications which helped me choose. Delivery took about 6 business days to reach my home in rural Scotland, which was within the estimated timeframe. The delivery drivers were careful, and the safe arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged on a pallet. Installation wasn't included, but the instructions provided were adequate for bolting it down myself. The build quality of the safe seems excellent, very robust. I had one quick question about the lock mechanism, and their customer support responded to my email within a day with a helpful answer. I'm satisfied with the product and the overall service experience. It was a substantial purchase, and they handled it professionally.

Fantastic fireproof safe!

I just received my new fireproof safe and I absolutely love it! The delivery was super fast, it only took 4 days to get here. The safe itself is really sturdy and feels incredibly secure. I feel so much better knowing my important documents are protected. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a smart doorbell. I highly recommend this store to everyone!

Great value on security camera

This was my first time buying from here, and I was looking for a good deal on an outdoor camera. I found an Arlo camera in their clearance section that was 20% off. The price was really competitive, much better than what I saw at other stores. Shipping was free too. Overall, I feel like I got a solid product for a great price. Definitely felt worth the money I spent.

Good lock, fast shipping

I bought a Yale smart lock. It arrived quickly, within 3 days to my address in Manchester. Installation was straightforward. Works as expected. Happy with the purchase.

Reliable for security gear

I've ordered from The Safe Shop a few times now. This time I got a Master Lock padlock for my shed. Just like my previous orders for a Yale euro cylinder and some window locks, the item arrived well-packaged and on time. They are consistent with their delivery and product quality. It's why I keep coming back when I need any security items for my home or office.

Got a good door handle

So, I needed a new door handle for my front door. Found one on their site, it looked pretty decent. Ordered it, and it showed up maybe five days later, which was fine. It was easy enough to put on and it works well. No complaints, really. Just a pretty smooth process all around.
